N Brown Group has appointed Natalie Rogers as chief operating officer, creating a new role to strengthen operational delivery.
Rogers joined N Brown in 2024 as chief people and sustainability officer, where she led a number of initiatives linked to the group’s operating model, culture and sustainability framework.
These included the introduction of a new operating structure and the delivery of the group’s first double materiality assessment.
The creation of the chief operating officer role is intended to bring greater focus and accountability across people, technology and supply chain operations, with the aim of improving efficiency and aligning execution more closely with strategy.
In her new position, Rogers will oversee end-to-end operational delivery and support decision-making as the group continues to develop its digital retail and financial services capabilities.
Steve Johnson, executive chair and group chief executive at N Brown, said: “Providing the best possible experience for our customers starts with having an efficient, well-aligned and effective business. The creation of the chief operating officer role reflects our focus on end-to-end execution of our transformation strategy.Rogers’ experience in leading organisational change made her well placed to take on the role.”
Rogers added: “Over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the business and to help shape the operating model, transformation priorities and culture. I’m looking forward to building on this work and supporting the delivery of our strategy.”
