LVMH makes leadership appointments to Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Kenzo

Ramon Ros is the new CEO of Fendi, Daniel DiCicco has been appointed president and CEO of Mainland China for Louis Vuitton, and Charlotte Coupé is the new CEO of Kenzo

LVMH has announced three new leadership appointments within Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Kenzo. 

Ramon Ros has been appointed CEO of Fendi as of 1 July 2025 and will report to Sidney Toledano, senior advisor to the LVMH group chairman. 

Throughout his proven track record of success within LVMH, especially at Louis Vuitton, where as president and CEO, Mainland China, he has been instrumental in developing the brand desirability, as well as building and nurturing the local team. 

Ros began his career at Marks and Spencer in the UK, both at store and later at corporate level. He then moved on to Diesel and Tous, holding various senior management positions in the headquarters. 

He joined the LVMH Group in 2013 as the managing director of Givenchy China and spent three years in Shanghai building up the business and in 2016 was named international director of Givenchy, based in France. Since 2020, he has worked at Louis Vuitton in China and was appointed zone president, Mainland China in 2022. 

Daniel DiCicco has been appointed president and CEO of Mainland China for Louis Vuitton as of 28 April 2025. He will be based in Shanghai and report to David Ponzo, chief commercial officer of Louis Vuitton. 

He joins LVMH after an accomplished international career, with more than 12 years spent in Asia, where he held regional leadership positions across entertainment, fashion and retail. Since 2018, he has been leading global worldwide retail for Apple

DiCicco began his career at Sony Music in New York City, where he took on increasing responsibilities in studio management, marketing, and international team leadership, eventually becoming president of Asia. 

He then moved to Coach as president and CEO of Japan/North Asia, and later transitioned to Apple, overseeing business in Japan and Korea. Since 2018, he has been based in Cupertino, in global leadership roles for Apple retail, including architecture and client experience. 

In addition, Charlotte Coupé has been appointed CEO of Kenzo as of 1 May 2025 and will also report to Sidney Toledano. In her new role, she will capitalise on her fashion experience and leadership to further expand brand desirability and continue the modernisation and expansion of the brand. 

Coupé began her career at Ralph Lauren in 2006, first in the customer service department before taking on increasing responsibilities in menswear merchandising. In 2013, she joined Lacoste as a senior product director for menswear before joining Louis Vuitton, in 2016 as Men Ready to Wear director. 

She currently serves as business unit director – Men Ready to Wear for Louis Vuitton. 

In a statement, LVMH said: “After initiating a new chapter at Kenzo and laying the ground for its ambitious development, Sylvain Blanc is leaving the Group to pursue new projects.  

“We wish Ramon, Charlotte and Daniel great success in their new positions within LVMH and extend our best wishes to Sylvain in his future endeavours.”
