AllSaints has promoted Alex Didymiotis to chief people officer and Alfie Meekings to chief transformation and technology officer, bringing the pair onto the brand group’s global leadership team.

Didymiotis joined AllSaints in April 2024 as global people and culture director, having previously held senior roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, TFG Brands and Phase Eight.

In her new position, she will continue to lead global talent strategy, culture initiatives and HR operations.

Meanwhile, Meekings joined in November 2024 as global director of transformation. He has more than 10 years of experience in business transformation and technology, including leadership roles at Selfridges and Tesco, as well as consultancy work with Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and EY.

Since joining AllSaints, he has overseen strategic projects and contributed to the group’s long-term plans around customer focus, data and artificial intelligence.

AllSaints stated that the promotions apply across the wider group, which includes AllSaints and John Varvatos.

Pete Wood, chief executive of AllSaints, said: “I’m delighted to have Alex and Alfie in these new leadership roles.

“Both have already made a substantial contribution since they joined us, and their expertise in people, technology and transformation is invaluable as we ensure that our brands are positioned as strongly as possible for the future.”
