Pottery Barn to launch UK website

Pottery Barn has announced it will launch a UK website this autumn, marking the American home furnishings retailer’s first direct entry into the market. 

The company said its UK website will offer a selection of furniture, bedding, lighting and decorative accessories from its core range, with an emphasis on what it described as “craftsmanship, quality, timeless design and approachable luxury”.

The launch will also include free design services for customers seeking personalised interior styling advice at home or online.

Pottery Barn is part of Williams-Sonoma, a San Francisco-based group that also owns West Elm and Rejuvenation. 

The company already operates in North America, Australia and parts of Asia and the Middle East through a mix of owned and franchised stores.
