On the final episode of season three we sit down with Claire Watkin, CEO of The Fine Bedding Company, a fourth-generation business founded in 1912. She shares how the brand has performed in recent years and what its proposition really stands for today. We explore balancing heritage with innovation, building sustainability into products and operations, and the journey to a zero-waste eco-factory in Estonia. Claire also unpacks earning consumer trust, making the investment case, and her advice to the next generation of leaders.

Ocado Group has appointed Cathy Graham as an Independent non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2026.

From 2020 to 2025, Graham was the CFO of Darktrace plc, a world leader in autonomous cyber AI. Her experience also includes seven years at 2U, a technical partnership business.

Ocado said she brings “considerable expertise” leading large organisations to the Ocado board, having led the financial operations for multiple high-growth technology companies in the UK and US, including assessing and procuring substantial technology and R&D investment.

Graham will also be a member of the People Committee and the Audit Committee, with those appointments taking place on the date of her appointment to the board.

Adam Warby, chairman of Ocado, said: “I am delighted to welcome Cathy to the Ocado Board. At an exciting time in Ocado’s development, she brings valuable technology and finance perspective, and leadership experience to our board, including in the United States.”

Tim Steiner, CEO of Ocado, added: “Cathy is a great addition to our board. Having evolved from a UK online grocer to a global technology business powering retailers and entering new sectors, we welcome Cathy. Her extensive experience leading high-growth technology companies will be a valuable asset to our board and leadership team at this crucial time.”

Graham said: “I am delighted to be joining the Ocado Board, having long been a huge admirer of the company. Ocado is a genuine technology pioneer, having successfully developed and applied solutions to solve some of the most complex supply chain challenges in the grocery and logistics sectors. I look forward to working with the leadership team and the rest of the Board during this exciting period.”
