In addition, footwear brand UGG has recently upsized its central London flagship location to 2,600 sq ft at 78 Regent Street, having previously occupied a smaller flagship on Glasshouse Street.

Aron Samra, director in the London retail team at Colliers, said: “We are seeing an increasing number of brands seeking flagship global stores that enable them to interact, tell and create a community. This reflects consumers’ desire for much more than a shopping experience.

“Working alongside The Crown Estate, we are excited to welcome Paul and Shark, Bimba Y Lola, Hoff and UGG to the neighbourhood. We will soon be announcing more new arrivals as we continue to create flagship spaces for independent, local and leading global retail occupiers.”

Leanne Catterall, customer partnership director of lifestyle at The Crown Estate, added: “Welcoming our latest collection of stores to the West End has created new opportunities for our visitors to enjoy the area’s exceptional lifestyle offer. We are committed to curating the very best retail experience, complementing the food, drink and cultural attractions on offer throughout the West End.

“Our aim is to create a day-to-night destination with a seamless, thriving ecosystem of businesses that support one another. This latest announcement marks another step in our long-term strategy to keep the West End exciting, welcoming, accessible and inclusive.”
