Home furnishing e-tailer Wayfair has announced that it has launched in Ireland, offering its wide range of products from reportedly 4,000 suppliers to Irish shoppers.

The website is reportedly packed with helpful tech features such as “lists” and “View In Room”, which is available on its iOS and Android app. Delivery is free on purchases over €40 (£34.50).

Wayfair is said to also offer a broad selection of home improvement products, meaning that customers can also shop for DIY products in one “easy-to-shop” space.

In addition, customers can also search by style as Wayfair reportedly offers curated collections and exclusive brands to “suit every aesthetic, from glam and country to contemporary and rustic”. Shoppers can also benefit from great value promotions with significant discounts on leading brands.

Wayfair has also confirmed that Irish shoppers will get a proprietary delivery network, which includes logistics hubs across the country for “fast and frictionless” delivery, as well as tailored and attentive customer service headquartered in Galway and a number of flexible financing options.

Jens Uwe, head of Wayfair Europe, said: “We are delighted that Irish shoppers can now join our 25 million global customer base in accessing the very broadest selection of homewares to suit every home, style, and budget.

“Whether you are shopping for budget-friendly basics or on the hunt for a more high-end look, Wayfair has just the thing. We pride ourselves on offering a seamless end-to-end customer experience, from the first click to final delivery.”
