Sephora UK has announced plans to open a store at Westgate Oxford in autumn 2025 – the retailer’s 11th in the UK and its fifth to be confirmed for the year.

The 3,919 sq ft site will offer what the company describes as an “accessible and inspiring” shopping space in central Oxford. It follows new openings in Liverpool ONE on 22 May and further sites confirmed for Sheffield Meadowhall, Manchester Arndale and Cardiff St David’s later in the year.

Sarah Boyd, managing director at Sephora UK, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Sephora UK to the beautiful city of Oxford and the iconic Westgate Oxford shopping centre in the heart of the town. This marks our 11th store in the UK, with the passionate response from the UK beauty community continuing to drive our strategy as we look for new locations.

“With Oxford’s vibrant beauty scene, its dynamic student presence, and global tourist appeal, we expect this new store to become a buzzing hub of beauty activity.”

Pablo Sueiras, head of leasing at property owner Landsec, added: “We know there is strong demand for leading health and beauty brands, particularly those offering unique or exclusive products and elevated experiences. We are delighted to be welcoming the region’s first Sephora store to Westgate Oxford.”

The retailer’s in-store experience will include personalised beauty consultations, engraving and gift wrapping services.
