Nirvana Brands acquires Lovely Distribution Company

Nirvana Brands Limited, a distributor of luxury beauty products, has announced the acquisition of Lovely Distribution Company, the owner and distributor of luxury fragrance products.

The firm said the acquisition will expand Nirvana Brands’ product line and provide greater opportunities for growth in the luxury beauty industry.

The company added it plans to continue seeking opportunities to grow and enhance its portfolio, while maintaining its commitment to providing the highest quality products and services to its customers and consumers.
