Aldi has fitted InPost parcel lockers at more than 500 of its UK stores, with further installations planned in the coming months.

The supermarket now offers the service at 536 sites across England, Scotland and Wales and aims to increase this to at least 600 stores by the end of the year.

The lockers allow customers to collect and return online orders while visiting their local store.

Jonathan Neale, managing director of national real estate at Aldi UK, said: “Convenience and efficiency is important to our shoppers, which is why we’re continuing to roll out InPost lockers to as many of our stores as possible.”

Neil Kuschel, chief executive of InPost UK, added: “Together, we’re helping to create a more convenient, cost-effective and sustainable way for shoppers to manage their parcels, making collection and returns as easy and accessible as possible.”
