UK home, leisure and garden retailer, The Range, has opened a new superstore in Ruislip featuring its first ‘Kitchens by Homebase’ concept.

The ‘Kitchens by Homebase’ is the latest addition to be introduced to The Range superstores allowing customers to find their “dream kitchen”, with design specialists on hand to help with the process.

The ‘Garden Centre by Homebase’ offers everything from outdoor plants and gardening tools to essential supplies. Brand representatives from key suppliers, including Dulux and Westland were on hand to offer expert advice, product demonstrations and exclusive promotions and giveaways to shoppers.

The brand also recently marked the opening of The Range superstores in Craigleith Park, Edinburgh and Horsham, with more planned throughout 2025.

CEO of CDS Superstores, trading as The Range, wilko and Homebase, Alex Simpkin said: “We’re thrilled to open the doors in Ruislip today and introduce customers to the new The Range superstore experience. The exciting addition of the ‘Kitchens by Homebase’ to this format continues to provide customers with home improvement solutions, all under one roof.

“It was amazing to see the community come together to celebrate and we’re proud to offer such a fantastic range of products and prizes to thank them for their support.”

In January The Range also opened the first three of its new-format stores, having acquired the Homebase brand and up to 70 of the retailer’s stores in November 2024.
