Luxury Italian retailer Salvatore Ferragamo has revealed that its CFO Alessandro Corsi is to step down from his role effective 30 September 2023.

The company has announced that Corsi made the decision in order to “take on a new professional challenge”. Founded in 1927, Salvatore Ferragamo is known for its production and distribution of luxury collections of shoes, leather goods, apparel, silk products and other accessories for men and women.

Salvatore Ferragamo said: “The Company expresses its deepest thanks to Mr. Alessandro Corsi for his professional contribution during these years of collaboration and wishes Mr. Alessandro Corsi all the best for his professional future.”

The company said it will communicate its successor to the market in accordance with the terms provided for by applicable laws.
