Poeticgem Group acquires Little Mistress
This move comes after Little Mistress struck a deal to be stocked by Sainsbury’s, online and in some stores, at the start of 2023

The Poeticgem Group has reportedly acquired the brand IP of womenswear brand Little Mistress, according to Drapers.
Under the agreement Poeticgem will own various brands under the Little Mistress umbrella and will design, source and distribute its portfolio of brands.
As a result of the deal the Little Mistress brand will be renamed to Moda and Beyond.
Founder and CEO of Little Mistress Mark Ashton is expected to join Poeticgem and continue to lead the brand under its new guise.
Ashton will be head of the business and be given the title executive director.
Anuj Banaik, Poeticgem Group managing director, told Drapers: “We are delighted to welcome Mark Ashton and his team as they join the Poeticgem family. This aligns seamlessly with our overarching vision for the brand’s business, which revolves around providing exceptional and unique fashion experiences to our valued clientele.”
