Fast fashion brand Quiz has announced that non-executive director Charlotte O’Sullivan intends to step down from the board of directors on 30 November 2023.
The decision to step down comes as O’Sullivan relocates overseas.
Given this O’Sullivan will not be proposed for re-election as a director at the group’s annual general meeting due to be held on 20 September 2023.
However, in accordance with Quiz’s Articles of Association, she will continue in office until 30 November 2023.
Prior to joining Quiz in 2017, O’Sullivan worked for 15 years at Mulberry and in 2022 was appointed as the chief marketing officer at Chloe.
The board is currently searching for a replacement for O’Sullivan and will make a further announcement in due course.
Quiz said: “The board would like to put on record its thanks for the significant contribution that Charlotte has made to the group since her appointment in July 2017.”
