The independent fashion brand, Scamp and Dude, has announced its expansion with two new stores in Edinburgh’s St James Quarter and London’s Battersea Power Station, which are due to open this September.

This follows a year of “exponential” growth for the brand after the retailer launched its flagship store in Marlow last July, which has generated almost £1m in revenue during its first year of trading.

In Edinburgh, St James Quarter, the new 2,939 sq ft store will be located on Level Three, adjacent to “internationally recognised” fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Meanwhile, the London store will be a 1,756 sq ft space in one of South London’s most “exciting and innovative” new riverside destinations, Battersea Power Station.

Both stores will stock the brand’s growing collection of sustainable womenswear and kids’ collection, as well as play host to Scamp and Dude’s ongoing charity campaigns and give back programmes.

Jo Tutchener-Sharp, founder and CEO of Scamp and Dude, said: “We are so proud to be taking this next step in our Scamp and Dude brand journey by opening two new stores.

“Both stores will offer a true experiential destination for our new and existing consumers across London and Edinburgh, something I know our wonderful community have been asking for. I am thrilled to be finally able to open the World of Scamp & Dude for them across these two beautiful cities.”
