Ollie Scheers, the e-commerce director for online gift retailer Notonthehighstreet has announced his resignation.

Scheers, who stayed at the online retailer for four years, now works for Huel, a powdered food producer, in the same role.

Scheers began in his position last February. Barrie Seidenberg became CEO in April 2018 stepping in after Simon Belsham’s resignation in September 2017.

The former director started as the optimisation and analytics manager and during his time at the retailer has previously taken on positions such as the head of digital product and head of merchandising.

Scheers has also worked as the head of conversion at online photo printing company PhotoBox and as the senior online marketing manager at BT.

A spokeswoman from Notonthehighstreet.com said there is no replacement for Scheers at the moment and that product teams and other executive members will now share his responsibilities.
