Property investment group NewRiver has announced two new lettings at Midsummer Place in Milton Keynes, with the addition of Søstrene Grene and Hollister.
Søstrene Grene will open its first Milton Keynes in August 2026. The Danish lifestyle brand has leased a 6,329 sq ft unit on a multi-year lease, and will offer customers a curated selection of home décor, kitchenware, crafts and stationery.
Meanwhile, existing tenant Hollister has reconfirmed its commitment to Milton Keynes by opening a new concept store at Midsummer Place, following strong trading figures in its previous unit.
Two units are being combined for the retailer to deliver a new 8,231 sq ft flagship space on a 10-year lease.
Hollister is the latest Midsummer Place tenant to invest in its Milton Keynes offer with the launch of a new concept store. Last year, Apple recommitted to Midsummer Place with its next generation store, the first in the UK outside of London.
Simon Anderson, director at NewRiver, said: “We have proactively sought to diversify the retail mix at Midsummer Place, keeping and securing fashion brands including Hollister, Zara, New Look and Frasers, while introducing exciting new offers such as Søstrene Grene. These sit well alongside the new leisure and F&B we have introduced to draw shoppers in.
“Hollsiter’s confidence in delivering its new concept is illustrative of the success of this strategy – with more lettings to be announced soon.”
