British outdoor and premium apparel brand Sealskinz has announced the opening of its first ever store on 1 Hinde Street, Marylebone Village, London

After a competitive selection process, Sealskinz was selected as the occupant for The Howard de Walden Estate location, joining a number of premium brands.

The permanent addition follows last year’s successful Christmas pop-up. Sealskinz will be hosting a range of events, such as run clubs and adventure workshops as it looks to expand its ever growing community.

Operating across two floors, the shop spans 1000 square feet. The interior captures the “spirit of adventure” that defines Sealskinz as a brand, blending artwork with signature brand prints.

The space will showcase Vitae, the brand’s line of performance-driven everyday wear which fuses “style and practicality”.

Sealskinz’s inaugural running collection released earlier this year will also feature in the new store alongside the full range of waterproof accessories synonymous with its brand identity.

Ray Kelvin, founder of Ted Baker and creative director at Sealskinz said: “After the success of the pop-up last year, it is great to have a permanent presence in the area. I don’t want this to be just another store but a hub for the entire Sealskinz community. I have lived and breathed retail my entire life and I intend to create something truly special. It’s good to be back.”
