French fashion brand Jott has announced its first UK store is opening in Marylebone Village in the autumn.

Jott is a French premium outerwear brand with “iconic colourful down jackets”. Its first British store at 103 Marylebone High Street covers 1,140 sq ft of space.

The news follows the recent opening of O Pioneers in Marylebone Lane and restaurant St John Marylebone will also be opening its doors in September, closely followed by WatchHouse, all led by The Howard de Walden Estate, a freehold owner of approximately 850 buildings in the area of Marylebone, London.

Within the last 12 months, 50% of the new openings are for brands opening its first permanent UK stores, according to The Howard de Walden Estate.

Rob Kirk, head of retail and leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate, added: “Healthy demand remains for our prime central London location, and we are very pleased to  welcome these new and established brands to Marylebone Village, each adding to our already  diverse mix of retail and F&B operators, and further enhancing the area for our community.

“Visitor numbers continue to grow, and we look forward to a successful second half to the year as  people continue to return to central London.”
