Quiz’s administrators at Interpath have confirmed that all 40 of the fashion retailer’s stores will remain open throughout May, in a push to move stock from distribution centres to the high street.
It also comes as Quiz’s joint administrators aim to clear all remaining inventory from the business. According to officials, the trading situation is under constant review.
Price reductions at the retailer have increased since April. The company website is currently advertising discounts between 60% and 80% across all categories including evening wear, footwear, and accessories.
Interpath first announced in-store discounts in mid-February after the online store stopped trading on 5 February, following the appointment of the administrators.
The website currently states that all sales are final. Quiz Clothing concessions located within New Look and Matalan stores are not part of the administration and continue to trade as normal.
The retailer officially collapsed on 5 February, which resulted in 109 redundancies at the head office and warehouse. Hundreds of further roles remain at risk.
This is the second administration for Quiz within a year, having previously collapsed in February 2025 before a subsidiary of the founding Ramzan family purchased it in a pre-pack deal.
