Ocado names former Darktrace CFO as NED

Ocado Group has appointed Cathy Graham as an Independent non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2026.
From 2020 to 2025, Graham was the CFO of Darktrace plc, a world leader in autonomous cyber AI. Her experience also includes seven years at 2U, a technical partnership business.
Ocado said she brings “considerable expertise” leading large organisations to the Ocado board, having led the financial operations for multiple high-growth technology companies in the UK and US, including assessing and procuring substantial technology and R&D investment.

Graham will also be a member of the People Committee and the Audit Committee, with those appointments taking place on the date of her appointment to the board.
