Ann Summers has announced that Kristina Moln-Page has been promoted to the role of finance director, effective from 1 July 2024.

She will succeed John Boyle, who will be retiring as chief financial officer after working for Ann Summers for 11 years.

Moln-Page will have responsibility for the finance and business risk functions and will sit on
the Ann Summers Board of Directors, reporting to CEO, Maria Hollins.

Prior to joining Ann Summers in 2022, she began her career at Debenhams before spending nearly 10 years at ASOS, where she held several managerial roles within the finance function.

After retiring as CFO, Boyle will remain on the board as a non-executive director in an
advisory capacity.

He will also continue to work with the Gold family, as he has for over 11 years and will remain as CFO until 30 June 2024, to ensure a smooth handover and transition within the team.

Vanessa Gold, chair, said: “I want to take this opportunity to thank John for his professionalism and significant contribution to Ann Summers for the past 11 years. His contribution has been wide ranging and for that reason I am delighted that he will continue to work with both Ann Summers and Gold family companies in an advisory capacity.

“He brings valuable experience and insight to the board from his many years of retail experience, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with him. I am delighted to welcome Kristina to the Board. Her knowledge of the retail sector and of our business makes her an ideal successor to John and I have every confidence that she has the expertise to support the business in her new role.”

Boyle added: “As I embark on this new chapter, I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support throughout my tenure at Ann Summers. While I bid farewell to my role as chief financial officer, I am excited about the prospect of remaining closely connected to the business and the Gold family and I wish Kristina every success as she takes the helm.”
