Kingfisher plc has announced the appointment of Bill Lennie as a non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2022.\r\n\r\nHe will also be appointed as a member of the audit and nomination committees.\r\n\r\nLennie was most recently executive vice president, outside sales and services at The Home Depot, retiring in 2021 after 26 years of service with the company.\r\n\r\nAndy Cosslett, chair of Kingfisher, said: "I am delighted to welcome Bill to the Kingfisher Board.
