Lands’ End has announced its latest support towards the LGBTQ+ community with its first rainbow capsule collection in celebration of Pride Month.

The collection will include a colourful array of summer essentials, including tops, bottoms and dresses.

The company has continued to work towards fostering a more diverse and inclusive culture by “enacting new ways to have conversations and overall educate people’, such as appointing a Diversity and Inclusion Council which offers employee training.

Furthermore, in 2020, the retailer launched its first Business Resource Group (BRG) for LGBTQ+ employees and allies.

Jerome Griffith, CEO of Lands’ End, said: “Lands’ End is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture for our employees and our customers.

“Our strength in work and life comes from the combination of our unique experiences, backgrounds, and talents. What we do as people makes Lands’ End a great place to shop and a great place to work.”
