London Designer Outlet (LDO) in Wembley Park has announced that Columbia and New Era are the latest brands to join its line-up.

Columbia has taken a 2,210 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease and is set to open this autumn. The US-based outdoor brand sells clothing, footwear and equipment for men, women and children.

Meanwhile, New Era has signed a five-year lease for a 1,339 sq ft store. The retailer will offer its headwear, apparel and accessories, including officially licensed products from Major League Baseball, the National Football League and the National Basketball Association.

In addition, sportswear brands Asics and Champion have agreed new lease deals, relocating to spaces of 1,818 sq ft and 1,640 sq ft respectively.

The new arrivals and lease renewals follow 11 lettings and relocations at LDO in the past year, covering 15,759 sq ft. Recent signings have included Crocs, French Connection, Rituals and the first outlet store for Miniso.

LDO attracts around 16.4 million visitors annually and is managed by Multi-Realm, the UK specialist outlet operator. The centre offers 265,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, with 70 outlet stores, restaurants and cafés.

Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “It is great to welcome Columbia and New Era to LDO as we continue to grow our offering. Global and British fashion, sports, lifestyle and homewares brands perform incredibly well here, consistently outperforming their regional counterparts, and this is evidenced by Asics and Champion both signing new deals.”
