Discount clothing retailer, Yours Clothing has announced it has seen its full year pre-tax profits for the year ending 3 February rocket by 87% up to £12.4m.

Yours Clothing also said it saw year-on-year sales rise by 19%, with in store sales rising by 20% and online sales jumping up by 19%.

During the year, the company opened 26 new stores, including its first store in Dublin and three new stores in Germany. In addition to the new stores, Yours Clothing’s new menswear brand BadRhino is now trading from four of its own dedicated stores. Following the news, the retailer said it was looking to continue its international development.

A Yours Clothing statement said of the international development: “The ongoing development of our 10 local language websites has continued with our key German, French and Spanish languages sites performing well and now accounts for 8.5% of overall sales.”
